I was setting up an upsell offer and ran into a couple of challenges regarding product images and replacing an existing order with an upgraded variant. Dom was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient, providing clear guidance and multiple solutions to help me get everything set up properly.

So they did act really quick in solving the issue's at hand and now we are back up and running pretty quickly. 10/10 for how quickly they reacted and we are happy to say the app is working properly again.

No communication about the app literally being broken by the new Shopify checkout.

Patti was AMAZING - so helpful and patient. She even sent quick step-by-step videos to help explain things. However, updating to a new version is tedious, time-consuming, and frustrating - it requires setting up all of the upsells again (triggers and products). The update should have the option to migrate settings to the new version.
