I'm at the beginning of setting up the application. It's looking nice so far.

I just had an issue with my store and thought it might have been caused by the AfterShip app. Long story short...it wasn't, but my experience with Harsh from chat support was very good. We went through the issue and possible causes. We were able to rule out AfterShip and realized it was from another app. This was the 1st time I used the AfterShip chat support and was very happy with their diligence and professionalism in helping me. I wish I could say that about the other 20 apps I've used. AfterShip delivered:)

I truely want to recommend this app to everyone. It's nice and delivers well.

The app integrates great with Shopify. When an order is fulfilled it automatically populates the shipment into Aftership and sends updates on tracking to the customer. The support team is great and accommodating to feedback. A great app!

Customer service is absolutely great. Anurag smashed it and helped me alot! This will probably help my business greatly with better notifications sent to customers
