I contacted Aftership support to get the branding taken off my tracking page. My Aftership rep was Shakti and his service was great and efficient. I got it all taken care of in a matter of minutes. Thank you!
I'm still trying to figure out how this app works but from what I'm seeing it really has solved many of the challenges we've been having with tracking orders. Hopefully this will help us achieve some or a complete automated trackable shipment. It has always been a challenge keeping customers updated on the status of their order. Even it the shipment is going to be a week late; they still like us when we at least inform them. They hate us when they find out a week later that it's been delayed.

Love AfterShip, especially from a customer service point of view. Super efficient and helpful - would recommend to friends for sure.
First time making my e-commerce site and this app suited my needs perfectly. I noticed some of the apps on shopify had very poor customer service but aftership was spot on and then some.
Ease of Use: Super easy. Installing was a breeze and they have videos along with written instructions for everything on their site. It's actually quite fun to learn to use.
Customer Service: Top of the line. I had a question about editing some HTML and had the problem fixed in one email. Other apps usually require 2-3 emails of back and forth to solve the issue.
I highly recommend this app. If you're just starting out like me and want the easiest to use tracking system, this is it. No bullshit app.

I actually really like aftership to help my customers with tracking notifications and to help me see how shipping is going. The reports are on point.
