ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE APP. DOES NOT WORK WITH ANY KIND OF ALIEXPRESS SHIPPING. DO NOT BUY. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM

(Changed my original review as requested by the Aftership support team. They have been helpful processing a refund for the financial cost. However, they will not be able to refund me for the lost time in setting all of this up, so still 1* for providing inaccurate information. I will refuse to change from 1* review for the reason that you offer a service which did not work and wasted approximately 4 hours+ of my time. Other users have the right to know this.)

Wow! The concept is amazing I really love it. But then when you need help you get a support team which is probably from India who doesn't help and just send you to the FAQ page. Needed help for the past 5 days and got nothing from them except some BS. DON'T INSTAL THIS APP!
It never worked for me. It doesn't track Aliexpress standard shipping at all. Very difficult to set correctly. Does anyone made an easier app hereabout ?
The level of support is terrible for what the plans cost. Most of the support staff either don't understand English correctly or will not to help to solve any problems, they will just say no or link to an existing support article. Do not see the value in this app.

Atrocious support. Doesn't support DPD UK, yet happy to charge me hundreds of dollars for trackings that didn't go beyond 'pending' status.
Have emailed support five times over two weeks requesting a refund - NO RESPONSE.
Will be taking the matter up with Shopify support to recover funds.
Real shame as this app used to be so good.

I had high hopes fo this app, but after trialing it, it is really not good for people shipping from non english speaking countries.
If you sell in USA etc, but ship from asia, which many shops do, you will most likely be using postal tracking sites that are loaded in languages other than english, forcing your customers to use a google translator to read their info and we all know how good a web translation software is now don't we lol...
The original shopify system is good enough for basic tracking, at least it is user friendly for everyone, no need to pay for this app guys.
Because of this app, i have lost $750 in one hour. This app destroyed my variants edit coding.

I've just installed the app, lured it can do lot's of things, but once ive added the app i cant see proper tutorial how to make this app appear in my Shopify store? i find it so confusing! i dont think there will be help around the corner, i have to figure out all configuration myself and im not strong with developers skills...
