DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have terrible (no) customer service and they will not refund you any pro-rated amount if you pay for the annual subscription. Do not use them. I would highly recommend using Re-Do for everything instead.

In terms of AfterShip itself, might not be the most reflective of your business by itself. But better compatibility with Shopify would be great, in terms of starting a premium plan, which can only be done by the store-owner. Might be a better feature to have when other employees are given admin rights, that they would also be able to start the premium trial themselves, instead of having to bother ...

Installed app and instead of using the free trial I paid a year in advance. Bad move. Kept getting free trial offers and request for a training session from multiple people. Never could get SMS to work. I had a training session scheduled that both of the conflicting support departments missed. I scheduled another but ran out of steam and decided to remove the app. Unfortunately, no refund from ...

I have to say, the AfterShip Tracking team really impressed me with their customer service. They responded quickly to my questions and patiently guided me through the app's features and functionalities. Aditya und ihre Kollegen sind wirklich sehr bemüht, alle Fragen rund um AfterShip zu beantworten.
Das Programm ist sehr umfangreich aber einfach zu verstehen.
Man muss zwar etwas Zeit investieren, damit alles vernünftig eingestellt ist... aber dann hat man ein mächtiges Tool für Tracking, E-Mail Benachrichtung und mehr an der Hand!
