I haven't officially used the app on order as I am still in the early stages of my store but I went to customer service for some help and they were very prompted and helpful.

Very clear and helpful support team. I needed help to remove aftership branding and it was a simple process!

All I can say this is the one of best apps. This is a must for online stores. Set it and forget it. No more headaches about delivery, shipping, customer. emails. All you have to do is to enter the tracking code and they'll do the rest. Great
