AfterShip has great customization for an order tracking app! And it looks clean, does its job pretty well in my opinion!

Aftership app is best to keep your eye on your packages and other stuff online. It is very easy to use and i also recommend others to use this app.

Support didn't assist, and couriers even with paid plan show the same 4 and haven't updated after purchasing.

Seems to be tracking orders well. Sometimes, however, the courier services is incorrectly identified by Aftership in which case you have to manually change it. Kinda beats the point of an automated tracking dashboard but it's not very cumbersome to do on occasion. Customer support is responsive as well.

The contact support was amazing. The app is also very helpful for customers and it is easy to navigate on any shopify store, very convenient.
