Couldn't be happier, contacted them and within 8 hours they got back to me not only explaining the 'issue' but fixing it entirely for me :-)
very nice app and customer service is great. Does exactly as described.
Very clear information. The only issue is it sometimes marks the order as delivered if it is being returned to sender or has not been delivered to the address and it does not show all the information.
Highly Recommend. The app is easy to use and very useful for my business. Great customer service. Thank you.
This app does nothing for you on the basic PAID plan. You're better off using a free tracking site. If you want ANYTHING extra (like a custom URL for your tracking so it doesn't show THEIR name in the URL) you have to pay $239.00 A MONTH!! Customer support sucks too, all they do is give you links to read articles when you have a question. I'm uninstalling this app and I JUST installed it.

We were getting many customer emails each day about shipping info and package tracking, and it was getting a little overwhelming. Since adding AfterShip we have not received one email asking about package tracking. The packages are still going out, but our customers can now easily see where their own order is without needing to email us. The app was easy to install and set up, which is always nice. I wish I'd found this app months ago!
I recommend a lot this app, very useful and the developers are very kind. I am using it and it automatize all my shipping processes. Thank you
