Helpful and easy to understand app with it being my first time using it. I also appreciate the helpful customer service.

We haven't had any issues so far with this app, however - considering it's for dropshipping stores - when things are sent from Asia they often get assigned a new tracking number (by the domestic courier company) when they arrive in the destination countries. We were hoping that this app would be able to track the entire process, and if there was any change, to be notified of this change, instead of just archiving the parcel.

I used the free version for about two weeks, but ultimately decided to spend the money. I have found my customers are so much happier knowing where their product is and getting the emails. I was able to customize the notifications emails a lot. Overall, it wasn't too hard to set up my own tracking page using the AfterShip instructions and this app is worth every penny. AfterShip fills a necessary gap in our serving our customers. We are able to see when packages go missing or remain in-transit far too long - and then reach out to our customers to give them better updates.
