What a waste of time and mediore customer support. The carrier is not connecting to the right one. You have to do it manually everytime. I've opened a resquest, and everytime the assignation doesn't work. It take days for a resquest and the chat support is trash. Be aware if your connectors doesn't work, you're screwd

Regarding carrier connections, our system is designed to automatically assign the correct carrier, but we understand that manual adjustments can be inconvenient if issues arise. We try our best to provide a seamless experience however, it depends on the level of integration the carrier offers.
As for support response times, our records indicate that our team has addressed your request for carrier mapping within our standard service windows. However, we regret if our communication wasn’t as clear or timely as you expected. We take pride in our support, and we’re continuously working to improve both speed and clarity.

Aftership is a great app, it helps provide your customers will tracking updates from your parcels, you can customise it easily to your liking and very good priced :) been using them for almost a year now! never a problem great app! 10/10
Worst Customer Service Experience – Avoid AfterShip at All Costs!
If I could give AfterShip zero stars, I would. This has been, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with any company. I’ve been waiting for over three days for them to fix a SIMPLE issue, and all I get are empty promises and vague excuses about how they’re 'working on it.' Spoiler alert: they’re NOT.
The sheer lack of urgency and professionalism is staggering. It’s obvious they don’t care about their customers or resolving issues in a timely manner. They just keep stringing me along with no real solutions, wasting my time and making me regret ever trusting them with my business.
If you value your sanity, do yourself a favor and stay far, FAR away from AfterShip. This company is a joke and a complete waste of time. I’ll be looking for a more reliable alternative immediately. Absolutely pathetic service.

J Sadhan Roshan from AfterShip was able to quickly jump on a zoom call to go over our issues with tracking and provide alternative solutions in real time.
In terms of AfterShip itself, might not be the most reflective of your business by itself. But better compatibility with Shopify would be great, in terms of starting a premium plan, which can only be done by the store-owner. Might be a better feature to have when other employees are given admin rights, that they would also be able to start the premium trial themselves, instead of having to bother the CEO with mundane tasks such as this.
In terms of Customer Support, I would like to point out the Garvita was amazing. Although I was a bit frustrated and gave her a hard time, she stayed professional and tried to help me as much as she could. Albeit, she was not able to help me further, due to Shopify being the problem apparently, she directed me in the right direction.

super appp, super support, we have tried outvio and shippy pro and others and this is so far the best, and super support from nitin!
Aftership is one of the best plug in's you will ever have on your store. I have to also mention that the customer service / IT agent Roshan Sashan was honestly so helpful, and very advanced. They have proper live help chat, and Roshan also instantly did a screen share so he could demonstrate things to me.
Abihshek is helpful and responsive to our problem, and another team member helped a lot when we have problem on the bills.
AfterShip Order Tracking is an excellent app! The features are seamless and make order tracking so easy. On top of that, the customer support is fantastic—special thanks to Sadhan for being so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to improve their tracking experience!
