AfterShip Order Tracking

I was stuck on how to enable Canada Post to my account and was quickly and effectively assisted by the support team on chat. Very happy with the service!!!

Saransh a hundreds of stars, he assists me well and he is kind and patient, he truly understands that i am just starting he is so polite and understanding and guiding me to all set up of my online store because i really need the( tracker) so now its al set up as good , thankyou so much!

It was easy to integrate this app with my shopify store. Really love that they give a tracking page with our shop URL and also can design the tracking page with insta feed and some other marketing assets. Only pain point was that they don't offer language translation for updates. So if you are shipping from China and that company doesn't offer updates in English, your tracking page will display updates in Chinese but not English. Other than, everything else is good and would rate 5 if not for that. Also, their customer service was great and quickly solved any issues I had.

Very simple and useful application, I have been using it for some time now and I am not disappointed, I recommend it!

I used this app and its ok but there is other more simple ways which provide the same service. its alright
