HORRIBLE customer service: Not answering questions properly, not following up, not solving problems. Worst of all: They claim to support carriers which they don't. For some companies this app might work, not for us. If we treated our new customers like Aftership treats us, we would be out of business!
It does not work correctly. Bad support. I do not recommend it.
What I really hate is a premium priced app with horrible support. You know when they don't answer your question. I can't say anything about the app as for me it didn't work and I didn't get the answers I was looking for. So cannot use it and probably will stop trying.
They are not able to track 1/5 of my orders, DO NOT use it!! They CAN'T give you a time for how long they can solve this problem. Not working at all! The worst app on Shopify... waste my time

JUST AWFUL! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I want to cancel the subscription but I can't cancel it and its very hard to use I don't need it anymore please cancel my subscription thanks
This company falsely advertises "Auto Label Generation" to be included with the PRO level plan. This is a lie. This feature only works when you purchase an additional monthly subscription to their Postmen app, which is an additional $89/month.

The app isn't tracking correctly my orders.
Is showing tracking information for a tracking X in the tracking Y! My customers are going crazy, because it's showing that the orders was delivered (in another state) but it wasn't.
Iv'e connected my store to this app. a total of 4 times it stayed connected until i had an order and i had to enter the customer info to the app. what's the point... when i needed help again from support that took 4 days and i'm still waiting, everything with support takes a long time to resolve just a waste of time...don't believe all those 5 star reviews, i would not recommend to anyone, i found a much better app.
The auto matching rates with the available carriers are just at 50%. If you have high number of shipments, across multiple carriers, you will need to manually match them. A headache for me. Sometimes, it even triggers failure of delivery emails to customers when the foreign language is not properly translated by the system. It will only works well if your carriers are listed under Shopify.
