This software is a scam. The fee plan did not say that there would be an agent fee, but in the end, it was charged $5 per agent per month. fraud

Unfortunately, though seemingly popular, this is the worst app I've experienced in Shopify. When it works, it's fine but getting orders to sync properly, connecting multiple stores to an organization, needing to uninstall/reinstall to change plans, compounded by slow support that is a back and forth by email just doesn't make it worthwhile when there appear to be better-supported alternatives. If AfterShip upgraded to real-time chat support, it could potentially make all the difference in my rating from the long frustrating wait of issues that arise.

i am new to shopify tho.. i have not made any sales yet but from what i have seen on earth aftership and shopify work hand in hand nd i hope the tracking is automated to my customers

So far so good. We upgraded from free trial to paid version in just a few days. Nitin was very helpful and proactive in solving the issue our store have with the app. A great tool to automate our shipping & tracking operations.
