BEWARE!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DO NOT NEVER INSTALL THIS!!

This is a scam and a fraud!!! All I did was sign up for a "free" plan which I never even got to using. Out of no where $1000 freaking dollars got charged to my card. If this is not hideous and crooked I don't know what else is. Shopify needs to take down this app ASAP. I'm waiting to get refunded and already opened a chargeback dispute with PayPal and VISA credit card. No wonder India is the scam capital of the world!! The developers ought to be ashamed of themselves. Bloody baiters.

Finding it virtually impossible to set your app up on 2 separate shopify stores, it's driving me to the point or leaving you for good.

The customer service for this app is appalling. I've been getting vague, one sentence replies every 24 hours, meanwhile i have a lot of disgruntled customers wondering where their orders are.

sort this out or this 1 star review will stand

This app is terrible. They have some dev issues and customer support is horrible. The gymnastics they make you go through to delete the account is absurd.

A pop up is telling me I need to change my Pass Word? I haven't created a password as yet to consider making a change?

I am a paying customer, yet the functionality is appalling. I cannot change the courier it detected wrongly. After I deleted a shipment from the app so that it could sync again hopefully with the correct courier, it does not sync the shipment any more.

The app no longer supports the E Packet and I have contacted their support and 7 days later, I have not yet heard back from them. I won't sign up for their pay plan if their solution does not work and they don't even care to respond to an email!

No not working. It is not syncing with my oberlo orders even though the tracking info is updated in shopify by oberlo. I contacted support and they go "hi thanks for contacting us you can sync aftership with shopify, have a nice day."

Be aware!! They are charging extra for SMS notifications!! They hiding those fees! Don't turn SMS notifications unless you want to pay extra!

Hi, Please note SMS charges are determined by the local carrier at your end or the location to which parcel is and these charges may vary as per the location. These charges are not included within the plan charges.
Also, you can find the sms pricing at our pricing page as well (https://www.aftership.com/pricing).

The worst customer service team ever experienced. Don't trust the 5-star reviews - to get an extended trial for Aftership you need to give them a review, so obviously, most of the reviews are inaccurate. We've had multiple bugs with our paying account ranging from false emails being sent to customers, unable to import from Shopify and even unable to login to our account. All the CS team does is say they will speak with the relevant team, and then never reply back. We're going to try another app that has more functionality and a seemingly better CS team called "Rush". Do yourself a massive favor and just go with another app from the start, Aftership will lose you money and a massive amount of time.
*EDIT* See the other 1 star reviews, they say the EXACT same thing we are. When we first started out, we thought AfterShip was the only app on the market like this, but it isn't. Do some research and avoid this app at all costs. It's more difficult to migrate to another app now than it is to have just set up everything properly on another app.
