The Technician Rahul provided me with excellent customer service and troubleshooting assistance. He was able to pinpoint my issue and resolve it very quickly. He also assisted me to get with getting set up for a demo to help my company understand all the other features of Aftership.
We like the AfterShip app and we are excited to learn more about its other features.

I'd love to be able to use the customer notifications with the free plan, but unfortunately that is not available. I wanted the branding removed from the tracking page, and the customer support was great with helping me out. Very friendly and competent.

Infinitely better than the built-in solution, the branded sub-domain creates customer confidence. One of the "must-haves".

Would be nice when using the notification history if you could track by order id. Amazon frequently ships an order using multiple shipments. I cannot track all notifications for an order just using the tracking number.
