AfterShip Order Tracking

AfterShip is such a tremendous help. I extremely recommend it only to anyone who ships very frequently and doesn't want the extra work of updating customers as orders go in transit.

The app is simple and gave you a good overview of your orders. We are just started on the free plan right now but it already gives you a fair access to customization to have a seamless customer service experience.

Update: Finally they handed over the technical department, hoping to solve my problem. I just don't want our request to be answered perfunctorily. If there are no mistakes, I think this APP should be the best tracking

While we are just completing a 'soft launch' of our online store, we cannot wait to work with all of the features of Aftership! We did a LOT of 'test driving' of app that would handle ALL of our shipping and Returns needs and found AfterShip to be the best overall option by-far!! I would recommend this app to anyone selling goods online!

Great ! very easy to setup and use

Amazing service, so useful for tracking products easily and efficiently .

My initial experience with Aftership was fine. Despite it's inability to automatically link a tracking number to the corresponding carrier. What eventually got me fed up with their App, was extortionate paywalls behind common basic features; such as a custom tracking page. Which is now unavailable unless you pay over $110/Month. With the $11/Month Subscription, all tracking numbers are redirected to the generic aftership tracking page, with afterships own promotional texts everywhere. We have since moved onto better shopify apps, with smarter tracking algorithms and at fairer prices.
