this app is great. its easy to use and i couldn't be happier with it and the support team is great.
they charge according to a plan that appears nowhere in the description or on their site?
Update: Problem was solved in the end with an upgrade to a paid plan.
SSL on custom domain tracking page costs 10$/month.
I still don't like the filters options on orders tracking page .
I did not try the alternatives apps but improvements could be made.

I am still trying out this app but so far it's working very well. Customers are receiving notices and I am receiving updates about my shipments. Customer support has been very good.

This is an awesome app! I was a bit skeptic at first but when I actually saw how well this integrated with shopify, I was simply amazed! My customers are happy, I am happy, everyone is happy! I would definitely recommend this.
AfterShip is a Must-Have App as a Shopify dropshipper! Wouldn't want to miss it!
I just installed today so had a few questions and Rajat Saini from support immediately jumped in to help me. He set up a screen share and walked me through everything. I haven't tracked any shipments yet but I have to give a shoutout to their support team!
So far so good. App looks clean and the support team has been very helpful with helping set up the app for use in the store. After I get some customer feedback I will update in accordance with the end customer.

I installed the app to help me with tracking orders across different shipping companies. I chatted to Shubham who helped me remove the "Powered by AfterShip" logo. He did it quickly so I was extremely pleased with the efficient service.
Aftership is fantastic. It was one of the first apps I downloaded after I launched my online store. It's a fantastic app for tracking customers orders. I LOVE it. :)
