It has very nice customer service and is easy to use app. helps a lot as a new site owner. I was able to get my order status integrated quickly.
Love Aftership! It was just what I was hoping to find when looking through the Apps. I can track all of my orders easily and they even sync with Sendle - which I couldn't find any other app to do! Very happy.
wow haven't used app yet, but customer service is pretty fast & made a good impression, ill be sure to come back if i have any update of the service itself.

Easy to install and gets the job done well. Would be good if customers able to use order number or name for tracking to improve user experience.
Great app that lets me know everything I need about how my shipping is doing.
Great app, good looking and easy to use. Installed on Shopify and connected to autoimport tracking numbers shows to do what it promises.
It allows to add to the store an element which makes it more practical and professional, with benefits both the customer and the seller that does not waste more time on the phone...
I read that it would be appreciated for the translation in additional languages , I think it would be useful to provide a template to fill out , I would do it today for the Italian.
A beautiful interface. A must have for any store. Everything is going great with this app.

AVOID - This doesn't work with AliExpress and support is useless. Standard AliExpress shipping was synced correctly but AfterShip still wouldn't show any details. Contacted support on 'live' chat and they asked a random question every 30mins until they gave up and blamed the courier. Terrible, terrible experience. Don't waste your time.
