FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. The only reason they have 4.6 stars is that they MAKE you review when you download the app. I signed up for the "free" plan and got a BILL FOR $390!!! What!? It even says on the website there are no extra charges for the free plan!! They have not responded to me when I asked for a refund again. I will continue to battle this because this makes me feel it is a BAIT & SWITCH! I hope someone can resolve it. I even have a feeling they are going to bill me again for something else. This has been a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I can only change this to a positive review if they are able to provide great customer service and provide a full refund.
Excellent app and equally excellent support. The support team responded to my queries and addressed my requests promptly.
Very money hungry greedy app, on the essentials plan and I cant get any access to many important features unless if I upgrade to their ridiculously expensive upgrade plan.

I like aftership it keeps my tracking and allows me to know when y customers received their shipment.
I recently re-installed the aftership for the free monthly plan with up to 50 shipping quota. However, as I got into the dashboard, it tells me "Your free trial has expired. Please pick a plan." As far as I know, I have less than 10 shipping tracked with the app so far, so not sure where this is coming from. Please advise ASAP so I can move forward accordingly.
I have used this app so many times personally and i'm very excited to be able to use in within my business! Set up was a breeze!
DO NOT USE THIS APP! It's like going through hell to get our account deleted. It is taking now over 4 weeks to delete our account and the only thing they can do is to say sorry for the inconvienience caused. HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO SIMPLY CLOSE OUR ACCOUNT AND DELETE ALL OUR CUSTOMERS DATA??? Seriously you should think twice before getting this app. Surely not GDPR compliant.

I used this app for track my order.. wonderfully well performed.... and it has a good customer support as well...
