Quick and accurate responses. They stay online with you to make sure everything has been addressed. Greatly appreciated.
To be able to focus on product quality and service, we needed to take care of some basic customer needs. This included shipping tracking, and is exactly what AfterShip enabled us to do. AfterShip is a great product for any company wanting to send their customers immediate and prompt tracking notifications, and has heen beneficial to www.luxonoapparel.com.
This is one of those times where you should disregard the rating and read the 1 star reviews, because like every other 1 star review on this app, I was also stung with deceptive a price plan and then continuous charges, even after uninstalling the app. I had to contact shopify to step in to stop the billing to my account. Find another app...trust me.
I use it and i am very happy with it and the support are also very good and nice. I can only recommend!
