AfterShip Order Tracking

This was great until AfterShip started overcharging us. We had a busy period so we bought a higher plan then needed to downgrade, but they charged us full price and declined to refund.

Support has got worse and their tracking does not always work. Its gone from good to bad.

Looking for an alternative.

Great tool to track your customers' order. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it didn't sync with my store automatically and I have to enter all tracking manually. Otherwise, amazing and easy to use.

Nice and easy to use. Kinda hard to learn at first, but after a while you kinda get used to it. Im sure there is still more to learn from this website.

Feature packed app making a sellers live very easy. Great app, awesome support. I would definately recommend this!

Can't really say much for now. I have not really used it. I still need to observe its functions. I think it should be ok though

The app does what it should and the customer service personnel is patient and prompt. I am trying to convert from free trial to a free plan, and the customer service personnel offers great assistance.

Customer service is fast and professional. I am satisfied about the customer service chat nice and net, I will try the app first and upgrade it.
