not so human kind, i can't get email, can't login, can't find my password....
forced to leave a review to choose the free plan? seems unfair given I havent even tested the platform yet.
There is an issue with my order notifications not going through.

I contacted the chat 'Ritika' and she promised and escalation but still waiting for an update. This is urgent for me.. can someone help ? Incase this review didn't get updated, the issue never got resolved.

Support was helpful but not impressively fast. It is an extremely useful service, which although a little technical to get functional, is well worth the effort. Great product.
Debashish was very helpfull and kind. He helped me right away! I will reccomend this app if you need a professional app to track your orders.

I find this app very interesting and supportive
Very useful app. The interface is friendly and makes it easy to provide customers with relevant information. A few glitches that kick me out of the app once in a while, but the pretty solid app.
Aftership allows us to make our tracking more branded and not look like some scammers. The best part is that you can send a real notification to the customers which are really great to build loyalty. But the downside is; it bit expensive for me. Otherwise, it's a great choice.
