Normally wouldn't leave a review but to downgrade your plan you have to. Don't like the fact that the tracking pages dont use your header or footer and have aftership branding. If i had to title this review i would call it a bad impression made worse.

Quick and efficient. Agent resolved my request within minutes. I have also been testing the app on my store and it provides the accurate shipping info. I love that the app can be integrated into my store and customers can track their orders with no issues.
These guys are the best, always there to help, literally instant assistance. I couldn't be happier with the support I have received. Very useful app! and support is amazing. They are very kindly and solved my tech questions! Highly recommend this app!
Please note, Aftership branding can be removed only from the footer section of the branded tracking page. If you are using the tracking widget there is no way the branding can be removed from there.

Worst customer service ever, breaches GDPR (sends sms promo to your customers without your knowledge). Im using Aftership returns center which is good but this app is gone..
