Tracking is very important. I look forward in working with this company in the future for better online delivery info, tracked in real time.

i like it. However i didnt receive an aftership notification to pick a plan. it lapsed on me and a customer had to tel me it didnt work.
Great app so far! Haven't had any issues and my customers seem to like it.

Very quick and efficient customer service, fixed our query within minutes. Very happy with the service.
Very nice app but still a lot of implements to give five stars. Global customization is moderate and this may affect the professionalism of my french website. I can't edit and/or translate some texts. On the tracking page, it should be nice to add an instagram icon next to the account id so the customers idendify it better and easier. Also, the tracking button on the confirmation order page is only in english while my website is french and the AfterShip app is french too, that's very annoying, i had to disable the button. Support ok. Nice app but i'm waiting to see for some improvements..

The cost is high for a basic plan $9.99 per month. Email notification is important but it doesn't worth $9.99 per month.
