Most of my orders are Aliexpress Standard Shipping, and it takes really long to track on aftership page. I randomly track it on other sites and it shows all the information. What's wrong with this?
J'utilise cette application pour le tracking de mes colis. J'aime car elle facilite beaucoup le processus pour informer le client de l'état de suivi de sa commande. J'ai contacté le support pour répondre à une de mes questions et le support à été très réactif.

Good app but the translation in French is really weird... Two good things would be really helpful :
- Ability to edit the translation ...
- Being able to customize easily email template ...

Absolutely terrible I've just spent an hour speaking to one of there agents and he took 15 minutes in between replies to not help at all. One of the worst paid services I've ever used.
Very good product, which solves the problem of our product tracking page. We left it at the bottom, the product has not been officially launched yet, we will follow up
Great Customer Service! They hopped on a google meet call to onboard and help me with anything I needed, super responsive and supportive, sleek and useful app!
