Great app. Keeps customers informed of where their packages are in real time. We use this software on Areios Defense and North Tactical Supply Co. to keep our customers confident in our speedy delivery.
Used this for 3 years but now it's unbearable. Overpriced and tracking only really works a handful of times. The customer support only responds once a day so it a week+ to get anything fixed
Great and Very Easy to setup. Thanks Dev's team for your hard work. The plan also available from free to paid plan.
I just uploaded this app and already tracked a package! I love that it tracks everything and is free.
I've recommended AfterShip Tracking to colleagues partly because of the phenomenal customer service. Every time I've reached out with a question or issue, they've been extremely knowledgeable and highly effective in their responses. You can tell they genuinely care about your satisfaction with their app, and that kind of level of attention is brilliant advantage when trying to run an online shop.
Customer support is poor. Their software broke and they kept pointing me at Cloudflare to fix it when it was their implementation that had issues (specifically with SSL on the tracking and returns domains).
Way overpriced for the software. Would've cost about $15,000 a year for it but customer service is so poor that I decided to do without it.

Aftership is fantastic, not only does provide a seamless tracking experience for my customers, it reduces the time required to properly manage customer service and after sales support. As well as helping my customers, the app has definitely made me a lot more confident in running my business. Aftership's apps are essential for everyone who is serious about their ecommerce business.

We have used this app for about 10 months and in the last 2 months we decided to go to the pay model for email and sms notifications.
A couple positive changes:
1) The SMS notifications get directly to your customer and this really sets us apart from many of our competitors.
2) The SMS allows us to give last minute tips & reminders for customers to get a better experience out of our products
3) We have had alot of customers screen shot the SMS notifications (on delivery) to show their excitement that their package is en route.
General Questions to ask if this is for you:
-I started with more SMS notification points (on pickup/on delivery/on receipt) and I found the SMS optimal point was at delivery/on exception as it kept costs down but worked well with the email notifications as they could provide more in depth communication
-Make sure you review all of your apps/ecommerce/shipping software to make sure customers are not getting too may emails so they do not have overload hit
-I think it is a great practise to notify customers in the delivery receipt that you will follow-up with them with a quick review email in 1-2 weeks time. We did this and it increased our review frequency. This was an interesting result as the review frequency increased and more in depth and helpful feedback (positive and negative but mostly constructive)
All and all, a great app, integrates well, easy to use, and I will say it is definitely unique and worth the money.
