Worst customer support ever.
They are not able to answer simple questions. Furthermore,
they are not able to answer all questions.
Additionally, they are sending out random wrong emails to our customers even though the email notifications are not ENABLED!!!
We pay a shit load of money for this app for an overwhelming bad service as well as not working automation.
We are in the search of a new tool.
I can only recommend to not use it. In my 6 month with this app I hadn't any good experience.
Before I forget. The "HTML" Email is not able to process main stlying. That means that if you design an Email in an HTML Builder you have to go manually into the code to fix the email.
So far so good, they got rid of their branding as soon as I updated as "a gift", so that's pretty cool
Really useful app to improve/automate your CS for a really cheap price. Support very fast to reply. I recommend!

This app is so effective, with tracking orders and allowing your customers to have a software that keeps them updated.
Had lots of feedback from our customers saying how impressed they are with the communication of delivery. Really easy to use and set up.
This app not only works great and looks good, but using the embedded track button I am able to keep customers coming back to my store (instead of dispatcher's site) to check their order status, thus making retention easier.
Still setting up but support has been extremely responsive. The carrier integrations and overall functionality look great.
Very easy to use. Love the free option for under 50 shipments a month. I didn't even realize that when I first downloaded. Great customer service too.
Great app, helps me keep track of all my orders sent out and it looks great too!
