I decided to try this app out. I'm glad I did. Customer Service is just 100. They are there for you.. They help you out immediately. They take care of you.. Thank you CREW for all your quick Replies and Service!.. Love it.

Seems to work well. Aftership website could do with a bit more functionality to allow admin tasks. Had the problem that after importing 200 tracking details it then asked us as part of the setup to create email alerts, when you do this it then says you need to upgrade to the premium service. That is fair enough but it then doesn't send the email alerts out to customers as you had imported the tracking details before upgrading. A bit stupid and no way to resend alerts. To make matters worse there is then no bulk way to delete tracking numbers, so that you can reimport them and the system will send out email alerts to customers. In the end we had to delete each one manually which took about 1hr. A hassle and waste of time but now seems to be working well.
This App has excellent customer service, the response time was immediate with the built in chat option!
Looks good so far, will apply once I open my store.
Simply great! Nothing else compares when it comes to tracking. Will continue to use this app, no doubt.
Love the amount of customization for the customer notifications.
I like to have automated shipping details without even i do it manual. This app help me fulfill it. I recommend this app

After ship has streamlined my shipping and tracking communications with my customers, and it gives my store a big brand feel. Very professional and polished, and I love the Google Analytics integration!
