Excellent quick help. Couldn't figure out how to send an email notification for a cx i just added. Contacted support and they showed me it was already sent! A+++ Also showed me how to add my logo to the emails for a more professional branded look!

It's a really good service, I highly recommend shopify users to install this app especially those with large customer base.
