Great app! When couldn’t locate a package for our customer, AfterShip was our hero, allowing us to get an update in mere moments. I only wish they offered the option to send that update to customer without having to have a paid plan. Once we get more sales we will definitely be updating. This is a must have tool for all Shopify merchants.

Really useful app for tracking shipments. I didn't think I needed something like this, but it's very useful to see everything in one place.

So far so good, I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and it's going to keep me and my customers updated on shipping status. Anurag helped me out. He spent 1-2 hours explaining to me everything. He should get a nice raise!

Very helpful app to provide after sale support and keeping your customers trust. Also live tracking on your website is a great feature for a FREE app like this one.

Great app. Useful not only for customer shipments but also for keeping track of incoming samples/supplies. Easy to use and more importantly, easy for customers to use. 2 thumbs up.
