This app is so useful for my customers to keep track of their purchases, which is vital, because who wants to purchase an item and not be able to track it? My customers are always excited to see where their package is and when it will arrive. The bonus to this app is the customer service. They were quick to reply and help with a question I had AND walked me through everything I needed to do on my end. A great app and company! 10

We tried contact their customer service 3 times and still to date have no response. They charge you for each order and we still haven't gotten any answers.... We will definitely be removing this app.

I had problem with my tracking page and the support team run through the problem, help, and share end-to-end solution to solve the issue.

Prompt customer support and they respond quickly to inquiries. The tracking page looks great and is customizable.

Customer service is very friendly, helpful and fast! So far, I haven't had any issues using the app.
