I Am using AfterShip, and what I really enjoyed was, how fast support came with a solution, and did what i asked. Amazing!

So far, so good. I am just starting my trial and I had to contact support. They were very helpful in quickly solving my problem.

Still new to this. but so far so good. support is very responsive ! that's crucial in my book so they get two-thumbs up from me!

AfterShip app provides a beautiful and convenient way for my customers to track their shipments. No more emails asking 'where is my shipment'. Everyone wins!

Support could be a little quicker to respond and the instructions are lacking detailed steps on where to go and how to... But apart from that, great app and I would highly recommend using it!
