FFS!!!!! Now I have been blocked out my account for no reason. This App is AWESOME when it works, but really guys, minimum 24 hour before they reply to urgent queries like me being locked out my own account.

This app is so temperamental, I was blocked out my own account for an hour today!!

I used the free trial and I loved it so much. It is very easy to use and I love that my customers get to see where their package is. I also benefit from seeing where my packages are so that I can better assist my customers. I will definitely be subscribing.

Pretty new to this app but so far so good. The branded tracking page adds a great touch and hopefully will reduce the repetitive customer emails.
I came in to some slight issues when setting up my account and a lovely customer service agent called Anurag stepped in to help me to quickly resolve the problems. Really impressed with the great customer service provided by him. Would recommend AfterShip. Thank you!

Our customers love the Aftership tracking page that we use. I would appreciate alerts when there are known errors or outages. Smaller teams cannot afford much time to investigate problems like this.

The app is great, the one thing I find confusing is the Tracking, Returns, and Shipping plans. It would be easier to manage if they were linked together. But the more we use the app, the more we understand how to use it.

In the returns section, when you have label generation turned on, it would be a helpful feature to allow an approval of a return, but not be forced to generate a label (example Green Returns).

Past customer service chats were not the most helpful, but the most recent one I was able to video call and share screens, and that was very helpful as typing technical issues can be challenging.

Overall I really like this app.
