Update: CS reached out and was able to offer a true credit for the issues we had. I appreciated the proactive gesture and Ankush was very polite on our call. I'd just say for any future users: avoid the CS chat if you can. Get someone to talk to you and everything goes much smoother.

Customer service is awful. Our app hadn't been working for over a month because of an import issue on their end. When they figured out the solution, it spammed all of our customers with old and outdated tracking emails. They said those emails were "an expected outcome"—they could have at least warned us that was the expected outcome so we could turn off our automated emails. When asking for some kind of credit to make up for the fact that their system didn't work for over a month (not to mention the CS headache), they told us we had to UPGRADE to redeem the discount offered for their error.

Full service and control at your fingertips. I'm in love with this app, and it is one of the few apps really supporting us European business too.

Gives the clients and the shipper full overview, control and notifications on the shipments.

Had some initial questions before installation, the support team responded quickly and the app was easy to install. One tip make yourself an account on your store so you can check the order history page and that the install worked correctly. Looking forward to feedback from our customers

We are absolutely thrilled with it. We have put tracking pages for our clients and are confident it will be very useful along with all the other features. A lot of fine tools, each very easy to use. We are guided step by step and everything goes smoothly. We were running in less than 10 minutes. Many thanks guys for this. I definitely recommend it! Great app!

Nice app! Works really fine and keeps its promises. Clear and simple to use. Very powerful, lots of features and fulfill a need we had to keep our customers informed of all the delivery processes. Would recommend it all the way.

Great app for having most of the courier service covered. Only thing is i am from Malaysia, which i don't seem to get the auto update to work. But i still give a good 5 star for the app giving free and optional to upgrade to paid version which is not too expensive as well.

Excellent app and highly recommended! Customer can go to your website and track their package regardless of which courier you use.

Wonderful app! Very helpful to be able to view the progress of all your shipments in one space. You can customize the notifications so that you (or your clients) receive an email for all or just select stages of a shipment.

We have the track button installed on our contact page. It looks nice and is great for my clients. Well done.
