The support team is helpful, knowledgeable and diligent. They stick with you until the problem is resolved. The app is pretty decent once you've set it up properly. Not the most customizable interface in the world, but enough that you can sort of make it look like part of your site. if you squint :-) I wish the customer interface displayed the tracking timetable in a moe graphical and attractive manner.
The problem is that a lot of shippers don't provide very detailed tracking info from their side, so it's sometimes frustrating for our customers. That's not Aftership's fault though.
A bit expensive though at $69/month. The free plan is ok for smaller stores.
Remember to activate your shipping vendors in the Settings, otherwise tracking requests will incorrectly report 'shipment not found' results.

Harsh at AfterShip was so resourceful and truly made sure I was completely comfortable with this new system before ending the chat. As a new eCommerce business owner, I truly believe that this app will really make things easier for me when it comes to shipping and refunds.
The worst customer service team ever experienced. Don't trust the 5-star reviews - to get an extended trial for Aftership you need to give them a review, so obviously, most of the reviews are inaccurate. We've had multiple bugs with our paying account ranging from false emails being sent to customers, unable to import from Shopify and even unable to login to our account. All the CS team does is say they will speak with the relevant team, and then never reply back. We're going to try another app that has more functionality and a seemingly better CS team called "Rush". Do yourself a massive favor and just go with another app from the start, Aftership will lose you money and a massive amount of time.
*EDIT* See the other 1 star reviews, they say the EXACT same thing we are. When we first started out, we thought AfterShip was the only app on the market like this, but it isn't. Do some research and avoid this app at all costs. It's more difficult to migrate to another app now than it is to have just set up everything properly on another app.

I have been victim of fraudulent practices from Aftership. I have been charged 29$ for an app that doesn't work. The app is linked to my store but doesn't track the packages. I have contacted the customer support and Seema didn't want to install the app for me even though I paid and i have thousands of customers every month. I asked she add me on skype to show me and she didn't want. Don't waste your time guys
Stellar customer support. Very responsive. The app is easier to navigate than I initially thought it would be. I'm excited to add a tracking page for my customers.
It comes with great templates! And the customer support is quick to respond. Would recommend to add to your shopify!
This app is communication with my customers after shipping.
Doing a good job.

I literally just integrated this app so I haven't used it yet. I recommend asking for reviews maybe a few days - weeks after integrating it.
