I used this app and its ok but there is other more simple ways which provide the same service. its alright

in the beginning process with ecom store so far communication is great. tech asst very informative and helpful. also navigation is user friendly

I love the customer service, responded really quickly and were super helpful. I just moved my shop to Shopify and so far everything works quite smoothly

Worst customer service through Live chat cannot resolve any issues and when you log a support ticket you get in a loop of level 1 questions from different people every time and doesn't help you to resolve the actual issue. Moving to other app in the Shopify app store.
