app looks good but the coding intruction could be way better. Make a video of how it should be down and put it next to the instructions.
As a beginning Shopify webmaster, it is worth adding this to your app list. Save a lot time & money for me.
The tracking button looked ugly on my Tracking Page in Shopify. I was unable to customize it. Hopefully, the competitors have done a better job in this regard.
I love the fact that the app sends automated emails with the shipping status. And I also love the fact that it allows me to put a link on my site to help customer's track their order.
I just started using this app, and realized how bad is mobile version and they encourage people to go outside your website and download/use their app and website to track their order. This ecouragement was a YELLOW big button on top of TRACKING section so it blocks your customer by using your website section.
Again, this is a very bad bug I found from Mobile version.
Another thing is I just realized they MAY charge you $1 for your free subscription?!
I won't recommend this app. these things are behind we(dropshippers) back!!

Brilliant easy to use interface for shoppers to track their orders! Very helpful and responsive customer service as well.
If you want a great app and customer service, then this is the app to get. I was running out of trial time due to office work, so I asked if I could have an extra couple of days, and the company gave me more than I had asked. Now that is going above and beyond customer service, it's called BEING NICE and I wish we all can do this. The app is running great!!
perfect! The support was great! Thanks a lot I needed help to install the free version and everything was set within a few minutes.
