App works fine, just that they will charge your shopify account for multple charges and you will spend days to get it reversed.

Shopify doenst help either.. I wouldnt recommend this app for the simple reason you will need to spend time adjusting your charges.

A little harder to navigate features that I would have expected and quite expensive for premium features but generally seems to be a good app.

The tracking dashboard is intuitive and user-friendly, which has made tracking orders so much less overwhelming. The ability to monitor those pesky longer delivery window items that my customers ask for on their website reduces the time and mistakes in emails.
