This app is super easy to set up and customize! And customer support is very helpful and responsive

Despite having some initial issues with this app as the wrong courier was automatically identified (e.g. DPD instead of DPD UK), after some excellent customer service from Riyaz at Aftership, the tracking is now working. This is a great service as it helps customers track their order at each stage of the process which will enable us to offer a great customer service. It's very easy to use. I would recommend this app - just make sure the correct couriers are used otherwise it won't track your orders.

Great app! We use it everyday now, very easy to see which customers have failed delivery attempts and then reach out to them personally to make sure they go and pick up the package.

This really helps create more opportunities to contact and engage your customers.
