At first it was a bit complicated to use but with time I started realising how great the app is. I love the fact that it is free and if you contact the support, they are willing to remove their branding for free. Customer service is always eager to assist. Manish helped me swiftly. Was the first to ever assist my queries and he has great product knowledge.

Loving this app so far. I havnt had one "Wheres my packet" email yet. I can see where all my products are at any time. Was very easy to install. A great investment for my business thats for sure.

I contacted support to get branding removed. Support provided all information to assist me with getting this done. It was fast and professional.

Aftership works well and is easily inetgrated to shopify. Himanshu also helped me out greatly with making sure emails were sending the right way! It can be a little confusing at first, but they have excellent support

AfterShip is a great app to connect to your store and help communicate with your customers. I started with them because they were one of the few that connected with our regional carrier in the Midwest - Spee Dee Delivery. Have since found many useful tools in the app including a tracking site that I added my menu for my customers to track their package easier. I would highly recommend checking it out!

This is the perfect app to implement with your store with the Judge me reviews app. This way you can automate reviews and your customers can get up to date shipping notifications.
