The customer service is fantastic, extremely helpful. Thankyou very much. I thoroughly recommend AfterShip to anyone for their tracking service.
If i could give 0 stars I would do it. I have contacted support for 5 days trying to solve an issue we are having, aligning the correct carrier to each order. They keep saying it is fixed and it's not. I was finally able to get a meeting with their developers so we could fix it and no one showed up. Extremely unprofessional Edit - They fixed the issue after this.

This app helps my customers stay up to date with their orders. Aftership are a fantastic service for anybody to have! I feel confident knowing that my customers have a reliable way of knowing where their order currently is at. Aftership makes this very easy.
Fantastic service, and a very useful app to keep customers (and store owners) informed of delivery progress. Definitely recommend that all stores offer the service, especially for what little they charge!
