Very useful to build customer trust and very affordable.

The best tracking app for Shopify! I use it in all my stores, and it saves me a lot of hassle dealing with customer support. Highly recommended!

It could only get Parcel Force shipping information, no DPD, DPD does not work. Also there is no real time online chat support, which is pretty bad at this day and age!

He helped me remove the "Powered by AfterShip" within seconds. I recommend the app very highly, thank you !

I'm still trying to figure out how this app works but from what I'm seeing it really has solved many of the challenges we've been having with tracking orders. Hopefully this will help us achieve some or a complete automated trackable shipment. It has always been a challenge keeping customers updated on the status of their order. Even it the shipment is going to be a week late; they still like us when we at least inform them. They hate us when they find out a week later that it's been delayed.
