Great app! Works seamlessly with my store and my customers get to enjoy an easier way to track their package all the way to their doorstep.
Not used the facilities yet, but hoping its as good as i expect it be :)
I installed the application and immediately received advice from Animesh who presented me with the best option for me and the possible evolutions.
All this in writing, and orally thanks to a Google meeting.

This app was quite easy to install and it will take care of my costumers in the after purchase process.
So far the app as been good to me and my business, easy to use, and im using to track and send tracking numbers to my clients.
Great app..worked well for me ;used for Indian domestic couriers -current 3 hours auto sync should have been for 1 hour.
Aftership is simply a must app. Don t start your shipping without installing the basic plan of up to 100 shipments a month for free. Their tracking is accurate and their interface is simple. What I like the most is their tracking page where our customer can use their tracking code and check their packages status. In case I get a customer enquiry I can just check the status on my phone and reply instantly. And their customer service is also very good. Lookig forward to more collaboration amd updates!
This app worked really well until about 1 month ago. For no reason it decided to not track parcels and not email customers with tracking numbers.
When we needed support... all we got was a false hope promise that they were look into the problem.
We have waited over a month and have decided to move on to a more reliable app.
UPDATE
I have changed my original score from 2 stars to 4 stars. The support people really made the difference with this issue. They were in constant contact with us and even had a personal call to help us work through the issue.
While the fault was not their doing (Australia Post made some changes but didn't notify anyone), it did take too long, too many emails and a poor review before it became a priority to fix the issue.
We are back on track thanks to the Aftership support team.
