AfterShip Order Tracking

A "wow" app. We sell on multiple marketplaces in addition to Shopify and our customer ratings have lately said things like "the best communication I ever had."

We all experience lost packages. They become costly when we have to overnight a replacement. Aftership catches problems and alerts you and (optionally) the customer.

One suggestion to make a great app even better -- when a shipment expires, or if there is no scan on a new order within a set period (1-2 days), maybe send a "watch list" to the store owner just as a heads up that there might be trouble ahead.

Can't say enough good things about this app and the service I received when I initially had questions.

It is currently the best tracking application for Shopify. We have tried many others, and we decided to use this for all our shipping.

Great. Now i just need to find my way to update tracking number quickly

Cheap, effective, and makes it seem like we have a whole army of customer service reps. Highly Recommend

What a fantastic simple apps that does exactly what it says it does!

Just installed this app a few days ago and so good, so far! I can't put into words how helpful it is to be able to view the shipping status of all our current orders, all at the same time. What a time-saver!!

Great APP, It´s great to find a way to track Mexican couriers! Keep the good work!
