Worst app I had very bad customer service takes very long until an answer comes if they answer. App does not run at all as it should pay for one order twice, there is no email notifications. And no answer to these questions and how I can cancel and get my money back because I have premium. I really do not want to make anyone look bad, but I am very, very disappointed and mad. Especially after all the good reviews.
I was seriously unimpressed with Aftership.
I had many issues using the software, the support was very slow. I was using it on two different store's who have a combined revenue of over 2500k a month.
I was prepared to spend over $300/month on the software, I begged Aftership to do a 30 minute call for me as I had a bunch of questions for them, I asked on several occasions and was denied.
I think the software has a lot of potential, but I found it to have a lot of bugs. All in all, I had a terrible experience.
it is a nice app for tracking orders and send automated notification updates to customers, it also has a great support!
Amazing app. 100% recommended.

Customer support was fast and polite! I only wish that we could hide the courier information! But that is not their fault :)
