We tried contact their customer service 3 times and still to date have no response. They charge you for each order and we still haven't gotten any answers.... We will definitely be removing this app.

The app itself is decent, the customer support is responsive and try their best to be helpful. But this app injects a Global Analytics tag to your site, storewide, that tracks all your customers behavior. This script ignores any GDPR laws, ignores any Cookie Consent popups and makes it impossible for any merchants within the EU to stay GDPR compliant. If your customer refuse cookies according to EU law, the script is still launched at every single page of your website. Aftership need to let store owners handle the Cookie Consent themselves, and also give us the chance to isolate the tracking to only their own tracking page / embedded onsite tracking. Right now, its just all a joke and not possible to take this developer or app serious for anyone having their base in Europe.

does not work you search for the tracking number and it just says not found so no good here .......

The application needs you to enable appropriate couriers within the active courier list of your AfterShip account. You can check or else, please share your availability so that we can provide a demo to help you how this can be done.

Some of the worst support I have encountered. Been struggling with one simple problem and I get a new customer service representative replying each time, wanting me to resubmit the exact same thing. Feels like I'm talking to bot it's that bad! Pulling my hair out. Better look somewhere else for a shipping app.

Never signed up for the $29 monthly and yet somehow i was mysteriously on it. I'm very upset because Shopify never asked or did this app ask. It just saw the increase in shipments and switched my plan to the higher one. I'd really love a refund seeing as that I never selected that plan or use this app and I feel robbed.

This app is required to use their aftership returns appropriately, which is not disclosed. The free trial of this app will propagate with all your old orders so you can not test with new orders. All of their apps require you to add at least one more of their other apps adding lots of additional cost to the system and setup/maintenance time. Their customer service line consistently put me with different agents in the same chat so I had to constantly repeat myself and then reapprove them to look into the problem. Then they said they were not able to solve basic issues. Bad experience all around. Wasted lots of time and money on their app system. Highly recommend you look elsewhere for a solution.

UPDATE: We reinstalled this app because we wanted to better serve our return customers, but the customer service is terrible and all they want to do us upsell you and charge you for orders that were already delivered before you installed the app. Find an alternative if you can.

Aftership has gone from a "must have" app to total rubbish!
Firstly my email notifications stopped working, followed by the SMS notifications and now a 3rd party product review app that integrates with Aftership has also stopped working.
Customer service is nonexistent and when they do respond its one that a rocket scientist can barely make head or tails from!
Only reason its getting ONE star is that you cant rate it ZERO stars!

Not Recommended for Australian Stores.Would be a great program if Shipping providers imported with the correct shipping Names. As this does not occur when changing the provider to the correct one within the Aftership system it creates duplicates. You MUST pay for ALL duplicates. There has been NO solution from Aftership.
