App didn't work in the first theme we used. Tried putting it on the side cart and it wouldn't work (they installed). We used a different theme to try and get this to work and they wouldn't even attempt to install it for us. They said it wouldn't work on this one without even trying. 0/2 themes we tried and it doesn't work? Not a good app and a waste of time.

Thanks for helping attempting to install the first time, but if your app doesn't work in an ajax cart, it doesn't work. 99% of themes on Shopify use this. Most people do not actually go to the cart page and checkout rendering this app completely useless.

Not only did it significantly slow down the checkout process, the app also doesn't work! It allows customers to bypass the T&C and move straight to checkout. I had to uninstall it.

We are very sorry for the delayed response but it takes a few minutes to address a query in a queue. We responded to you within 35 minutes.
It looks like the app was not enabled from your end, we do not enable it automatically because sometimes the customers do not want to show it right away so we give that option to them so that they can enable it.
Please accept the request sent to you from the Shopify partner account. Our app set up team will do this for you within the next 2-4 business hours.
