Highly recommended – Great app & even better support!

We actively use FormCRM: AI Form builder & CRM in our Shopify store and we’re absolutely thrilled! The app itself is well-designed, stable, and offers everything you need for modern forms and efficient CRM integration. But what truly stands out is the outstanding customer support provided by Adnan and the entire team.

We were looking for form builder that was easy and quick to set up, had conditional logic, notifications, and form layouts that would fit with the aesthetics of our site. We are very pleased with how FormCRM checks all boxes.

The built-in AI creates accurate forms that need very little adjustments, if any. The form status feature (new inquiry, in progress, reviewed, etc.) is a valuable plus as it allow us to quickly follow up on each submission within the app, without having to manually export and consolidate data elsewhere.

We had a few questions during the implementation, and the support we received from the customer service team (thank you Adnan!) was excellent.

We absolutely recommend this app!
