My theme seems to work fine in some pages but not in others with this review app! But it is one of the most complete apps free that I’ve tested and will continue to use as they have a good support system and team. Liz, from Avada, helped me with this problem and I appreciate it, and she deserves 5 stars rating!

I give 10 stars to Esther from the customer service and 2 stars to the app. Esther was very polite and gave me great help today. But the app itself is not working correctly and there are a lot of problems with it. If you don't want to waste your time, better look for an alternative. I installed the app in another shop and couldn't import the csv file from the lооx app because the format doesn't fit. I then installed another app and my file downloaded in one minute. Today in this shop I had a hard time uploading a review from aliexpress. I finally succeeded only because Esther helped me a lot. Thank you so much Esther!
