Nous n'aimons pas laisser un mauvais avis, mais cette app nous a causé trop de problèmes. Nous avons passé plusieurs mois à contacter le support à cause de tous les bugs, les problèmes et les blocages. Cette application n'est pas fiable et ils ne testent pas leurs fonctionnalités avant de les lancer. Résultat, ça a créé énormément de problèmes sur notre site. Si vous voulez de la stabilité et de la fiabilité, fuyez !

The app claims to be multilingual, but actually isn't:
1. You cannot have multilingual manually translated reviews (this is important, as AI translators make mistakes)
2. You cannot have manually translated multilingual interfaces for different markets. It HAS to be auto-translated. Which isn't professional
Also their file import requires both - product handle and product ID to be present.
Avada support is nice and friendly as always, but this particular product is useless for me.

We’re sorry to hear that Air Product Reviews didn’t fully meet your expectations, especially around multilingual support. We’d like to clarify and address the points you raised:
1. Manual translation for review content
At the moment, review content is translated automatically. Manual translations are not yet supported because this feature is closely tied to review syncing and scalability, particularly for stores with a large number of reviews. That said, your feedback has been shared with our product team, and we’re actively exploring better solutions for this use case.
2. Manual translation for widget interfaces
Manual translation for the widget interface is actually supported. Merchants can switch the store to the target language, edit the widget text fields manually, and then re-sync via the Multi-language feature. We’ve also recently added Estonian and Finnish to better support different markets.
3. Review import file requirements
We apologize for the confusion here. The product ID column is optional. As long as the product handle is provided, the import will work even if the product ID field is left empty. We agree this should be communicated more clearly and are improving our documentation.
We genuinely value feedback like yours as it helps us improve the product. If you’re open to it, we’d be happy to support you further and revisit your setup should you consider reinstalling the app.

"I’ve been using the Air Product Review app for a while but its worse than any app when you want to post review

They completely deleted the changes I did to the "ask for a review" email without any warning on their part, they reset all the content to their default content and subject.
I found that out when I wanted to make a small new change to that template.
When I asked about this they literally blamed me, saying "Not sure you saved when you edited"
LOOL what the hell is this customer support?
I know I saved it because I tested it and a lot of customers already received that new version....
Horrible that you change things randomly, and horrible Customer Support blaming the client

We had installed that app, as it did read client or order data of our store.
After a newer update, that app became the same data-kraken as all the other review apps. This is the reason, why we have to change our rating from 5 to 1 stars.
Too bad. You had an outstanding feature over all other review apps, but you ruined it. :(

Great app with great support.
I really appreciate that app for two reasons:
1. The app reduces the shared client data to a minimum. Not like the competitors apps who are data kraken.
2. Great and fast support!

THIS USELESS APP MESSED UP MY THEME! IT KEEPS ADDING 1 START REVIEW RATING TO EVERY NEW PRODUCT I ADDED TO MY STORE! I HAVE UNINSTALL THIS USELESS APP YET EACH TIME I ADD A NEW PRODUCT TO MY STORE IT AUTHOMATICALLY GIVES THE PRODUCT A 1 STAR RATING!!! I HOPE THIS APP CRASH AND I PRAY SHOPIFY KICKS YOUR BUSINESS OUT! GGGRRY!!
Where are the reviews? I imported them and nothing.
